Once you have activated your new Connected SIM please follow the below steps:

Load the Thinkware Connected App and click the Settings in the top right corner

I already have a Connected SIM, what do I do?
You’ll need to make sure you have setup a subscription for the SIM if you do not already have one. This can be done here.
Why is my Vodafone SIM being switched off?
Unfortunately, Vodafone will no longer be supporting the V-SIM / Smart SIM, and all contracts are due to cease on August 1st 2024. Vodafone will contact you to explain what is happening.
When is my Vodafone Smart SIM subscription ending – (V-SIM)?

What options do I have?
We have a new SIM plan specifically tailored to meet all the Thinkware T700 users’ needs. The SIM utilises the latest in network crossover technology, allowing full signal access to multiple network operators such as EE, O2, Vodafone and many more across Europe. (Click here for full details).
Are there any other options?
Although the Connected SIM plan has been tailored for the average T700 user, the T700 is not locked and alternative smart SIM plans may be available.
What does the new Connected SIM offer?
The T700 Connected SIM Plan provides seamless network integration, automatically switching between Europe’s biggest mobile phone networks for the best signal possible avoiding signal black spots.
How do I get the new Smart SIM?
You can order the new SIM plan by choosing either of the above options. Once ordered, a new SIM will be sent to you to replace the existing Vodafone SIM.
How much data is included in the new SIM?
The new SIM plan has been tailored to exceed the normal usage needs of the average user using a fair use policy. Details of the plan can be found here.
What Network does the SIM plan use?
The SIM plan does not use just 1 network, it continuously monitors for the best signal strength and switches accordingly. Within the UK the SIM Plan uses EE, Vodafone and O2 networks always providing the best signal where possible.
